TED Talk: Yang Lan: The generation that's remaking China
http://www.ted.com/talks/yang_lan
There's really only a couple of segments that are relevant to my topic (7:43-13:04, but there are a few segments in between). Overall, there is minor focus on real estate, but Yang Lan brings up some interesting realities concerning the way the "next generation" is subjected to a society that drains their savings and (potentially) available opportunities. Though this is not directly brought up during the talk, it can be argued that the reason why so many Chinese people are starting to make the move to the U.S. is because of the harshly expensive real estate and unproportional low income of younger Chinese people (18-mid 40s, referring to One Child Rule).

The End of Cheap China by Shaun Rein
Though primarily a business-y book, Rein makes a few eye-opening points on the real estate market in China.

CNN: China's crazy property bubble
http://edition.cnn.com/2013/11/07/business/china-property-bubble/
A CNN article on Chinese investment in real estate. Since the economy was unstable, real estate seemed like a more reliable approach. However, living in one of those newly built houses is out of reach for most Chinese because the property prices are still too expensive (despite the low construction quality).

More eerie 'Ghost Cities' popping up
http://www.wnd.com/2012/07/bizarre-chinas-eerie-ghost-cities-arise/
I'm not sure if I will be using this article in the future, but it has a little bit of information concerning China's Ghost Cities, which are a result of the property bubble issue. An obviously politically biased site (by that, I mean there's A LOT of sketchy looking ads leading to conspiracy theory sites), I will continue digging under this category and determine if this is actually useful.

Real-estate bubble seen bursting in China, US: Experts

An article on the real estate bubble. According to this article, any slowdown in China's real estate market will be detrimental to the companies that provide supplies for that market (i.e. construction). China Daily is an English-written Chinese newspaper based in China.

As I go back to look at this document, it appears that it's been deleted. It was basically the same article as the one above (Real-estate bubble seen bursting in China, US: Experts), but with a bit more content.
